  Web CEO is careful about following submission guidelines for various search engines. It prevents being accidentally tagged as spam by following each search engines individual guidelines when submitting web pages. 
• Website Auditor Tool
  Web CEO’s website auditor tool provides information about broken links, missing images, incorrectly displayed graphics, slow pages and missing META information.

• FTP Client Issues
  Web CEO's built-in FTP client is a useful extra. It saves having to download a separate piece of software and helps to keep all your website tasks in one place. Its fully functional however some features are not as easy to use as they are in other FTP programs.

I have been using WebCEO for almost a year now and have had much SEO success following their optimization analysis reports, which tell you how to tweak your keyword density, frequency, proximity and prominence. Their ranking and inbound link analysis tools are very helpful as well. The only thing I am not sure about is the accruacy of their keyword statistics. I have several listings on the top of the 1st page of search engines for keywords that WebCEO claim thousands of daily world searches. I haven’t seen much success with these rankings. Overall WebCEO has many tools that an SEO Specialist needs.

Web CEO has an outstanding ranking tool which makes rankings analysis very easy. It also provides historical data and in-depth reports. The link analysis tool is also great. It lets you pick the best ones for link exchange. It has a very useful website auditing tool that can vastly improve the performance of your web pages. When one of my juniors suggested switching over this software, I was little bit skeptic to be honest. However her continuous insistence made me thinking otherwise, and then I started using the trial version to be 100% sure. After using the trial version just for few hours, I had no more doubt or suspicion about this tool and I went ahead straight to purchase the business edition version of this software. Thumbs up!

I started using the free version of Web CEO a while ago and quickly saw it as a valuable tool and upgraded. The keyword research, ranking analysis and optimization advice are all great tools. I will likely never touch the editing and uploading tools, as I have other tools for that, and I think there could be better integration between some of the tools (particularly the keyword research and the keyword ranking analysis tools). That said, it's still the single best product for SEO that I have used, and I have tried MANY over the years.
